It’s splitsville for Demi Moore and … Ann Taylor.

After casting the age-defying actress in the Fall and Holiday 2011 ads, the retailer is continuing its practice of refreshing its celebrity roster by tapping Kate Hudson as the face of its Spring 2012 ad campaign.

Photographed by Tom Munro at an estate in Pasadena, California, the blonde beauty looks as gorgeous as ever after taking some time off to have her second son, Bingham.

The airy ads see the Chrome Hearts collaborator jazzing up a cream Modern Lace Sheath Dress with a skinny pink neon belt, while a citron yellow lace shift, cobalt blue blouse, and plum trousers paired with a white fringed top provide exuberant shots of color.

“I am thrilled to collaborate with Ann Taylor this Spring,” the engaged star says in a press statement.

Kate Hudson “calls it a day” when she’s spent five minutes on her make-up.

The actress is famed for her subtle make-up look and always lets her natural beauty shine through. Kate says her daytime beauty regime is no-fuss, but likes to refresh it before heading out on an evening.

“I usually keep it simple: for easy, five minute make-up, I use eyeliner, blush, mascara and call it a day,” she told Stylelist. “If I’m going out, maybe I’ll touch up a little bit.”

Kate has two children, sons Ryder and Bingham. The 32-year-old says her beauty regime “didn’t really change” when she was pregnant.

“I’m not fussy, my face just got a little fuller,” she revealed.

“As far as products, I’m a big advocate of natural. Ren Skincare is great.”

Kate relies on a couple of beauty staples to keep her looking red carpet ready. The stunning always keeps lip gloss and concealer in her bag.

The blonde star also revealed her beauty icons.

“Anita Pallenberg and Julie Christie,” she said.

Kate Hudson has reportedly snapped up the house next door for $5.3million.

The 32-year-old actress is expecting her first child with fiancé Matt Bellamy next month. She is said to have ended months of house hunting in Los Angeles by buying a house that was under her nose the whole time.

The English country-style house is adjacent to the Pacific Palisades pad she currently lives in and comes complete with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wine cellar, two family rooms that open onto a garden, a gym, pool and panelled library.

According to E! Online, it is not yet known what Kate is planning to do with her two homes as yet, or if she will sell her current home which was once owned by her mother Goldie Hawn.

The “Something Borrowed” babe was the guest of honor at an afternoon bash with over 80 guests in attendance at a private home. Kate and fiance, Matthew Bellamy, don’t know the sex of their baby yet and received gender neutral items, according to one of the guests at the shower.

Some of our favorite celebs were there to celebrate Hudson’s bundle of joy including Rachel Zoe, Courteney Cox, Jessica Capshaw and Jennifer Meyer Maguire.

Not one to take things lion down, Kate Hudson is putting her mane where her mouth is.

She is the face and hair fronting the animal-friendly, paraben-free hair range David Babaii for WildAid, launching in New Zealand in February.

Actress Kate Hudson is apparently in negotiations to play porn icon Linda Lovelace in a forthcoming biopic The 31-year-old actress, who is pregnant with her second child, is said to have been offered the lead role in the film adaptation of Eric Danville’s book The Complete Linda Lovelace, reports the Daily Express.

According to Deadline.com, ‘Spiderman’ star James Franco is being roped in for the part of pornographer Chuck Traynor. The movie will go up against a rival Lovelace project called ‘Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story’.

Earlier, actress Lindsay Lohan was roped in to play Linda Lovelace. But she was dumped from this upcoming project after her jail and rehab stint. However, Director Matthew Wilder said, “She chose to pull out of the film of her own accord.” He added, “We are withdrawing our offer from Lindsay Lohan.”

The star of The Killer Inside Me, who filmed Fool’s Gold in Queensland with Matthew McConaughey in 2007, revealed what it is like dealing with endless chatter about her love life, and why she is finally ready to work with her famous mum, Bird on a Wire star Goldie Hawn.

“You know, I’ve been pregnant 15 times, apparently,” Hudson (pictured) said. “I bend over and there’s a baby bump. You get to the point where you have to say, ‘There’s nothing to comment on.’”

As for her well-publicised reluctance to star opposite her parents – stepfather Kurt Russell raised her from a baby – she said: ”As an adult, now I can see it differently … I definitely want to work with both of them.” [SOURCE]

The 31-year-old actress – who has been dating the British musician for just four months – is ready to quit Los Angeles and set up home in the U.K. capital with Matt, 32.

A friend of the Hollywood star said: “Kate’s been swept off her feet. She’s not only fallen in love with Matt, but also with the idea of starting a new life in Europe. The plan is for them to divide their time between his London apartment and his home in Lake Como, Italy. She’s already started moving her things over. She couldn’t be more excited.”

Kate – who plans to keep her Los Angeles home so she can use when she’s filming in the U.S. – has become obsessed with the U.K. since Matt showed her the beauty of the English countryside, including the place where he spent his childhood.

The friend added to Look magazine: “Matt’s introduced Kate to a world she never knew. He’s shown her around the English countryside, taken her to Devon and Cambridge, where he grew up, and Ireland, where his mother was born. She’s found a man she truly believes she can settle down with. She’s truly excited about starting her new life.”

Kate – who has a six-year-old son Ryder from her marriage to Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson – is also planning on landing a theatre role in London’s West End.
