Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson’s on-again/off-again love affair is reportedly over.

According toIn Touch Weekly, the pair have gone their separate ways for good after reconciling earlier this year.

Hudson is said to have turned down Wilson’s marriage proposal.

“Owen wants to get married and he proposed to Kate soon after they got back together,” a source told the magazine. “But she’s not ready.”

The couple first dated in 2006 after starring in the comedy You, Me & Dupree. They broke up in 2007 before reuniting in February.
